With a passion to help others, Eric has been a performance coach for 11+ years and has worked with high school, college and professional athletes.

    Growing up with an athletic background and a desire to help others achieve the best version of themselves, Chelsea Graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Exercises Science | Exercise Physiology. She pursued her passion in aiding the general population become the optimal self out of private gym while also finding a niche and love for the silent generation and baby boomers. Working for the older adult population for 5+ years, Chelsea has developed a deeper connection for the human body and what it means to truly live an optimal life. Chelsea has worked being the Lead Exercise Physiologist for a private retirement community assisting geriatrics gain life back into their souls.  Chelsea's  dedication to health and wellness allows her to constantly strive to enhance her knowledge by taking courses regularly and keeping up to date on current scientific data.     Jaclyn has 10+ years of teaching in education as well as coaching high school sports at the varsity level. After using FST herself for over a year, she has been drawn to the process and received her level 1 certification. Health and wellness has been a huge part of her life, and helping others become their best version of themselves has always been her passion!

    Lucia is currently a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has always been involved in athletics as a marathoner and rowing instructor and after a 15 year progressive career in the fashion industry, she decided to move on to pursue her heart fulfilling cause. After experiencing FST herself and the benefits- she knew it was a game changing practice in helping others achieve optimal physical results.

Jennifer graduation with her B.S in Health Science Studies from Qunnipiac University, her M.S. in Health Science and Education from St. Francis University, and her M.S. in Exercise Science and Human Performance from Montclair State University.

    Bryce Lewis is a NJ Native. Bryce often goes by “coach bryce” and hoops yogi. Hoopsyogi fills purpose when providing community uplift through basketball, yoga & mental health offerings. This approach to guiding regular self-care embodies a playfulness, wisdom, and humor that breaks barriers amidst wellness culture; and encourage all shapes and personalities to the mat!

    An athlete for her whole life, Sarah began playing soccer at age 5 and started competitive dance and gymnastics at age 8. She played division II collegiate soccer and started coaching soccer while in college. Sarah was the proud co-owner of architect studios for 8 years, and has been coaching group fitness classes and personal training for 10+ years with special focus on proper movement patterns and body mechanics. She is an accomplished ultrarunner, who has also trained in rowing, cross fit and rock climbing.

    Coach Elijah brings 3+ years of experience as a performance coach. He also is the varsity assistant coach at Kearny HS for Varsity Girls Basketball Team. He is a natural motivator and his goal is to continue to bring quality coaching to the gym to help individuals be the best version of themselves.
